Should you require an order modification or cancellation, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org, and include your order number. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to modify it or cancel it.

The currency depends on the country you have selected to have your order shipped to. We ship worldwide, and so you will be charged the currency that operates in your chosen country.
Customers wishing to return items may do so within 14 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted, items must be unopened, sealed and in re-sellable condition. If these criteria are not met, we will be unable to accept the returns or issue a refund due to the nature of the products we sell.
