Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. We are proud to collaborate with brands that feature only cruelty-free products. Our Saoirse Skincare line is also cruelty-free.

Are all your products vegan?

The majority of our products are vegan friendly. Please refer to the product information of each item to check if it is vegan friendly. 

What if I need to modify my order?

Should you require an order modification or cancellation, please email us immediately at orders@organicwaystore.com, stating with your order number. Please note that if your order has already been dispatched, we will be unable to modify it or cancel it. 

What if I need to change my shipping address?

If your order has not already been shipped, we may be able to amend your delivery address. Please email us at orders@organicwaystore.com.

If your order has already been dispatched we will sadly not be able to change your shipping address and cannot issue a refund. Please refer to our Return & Refunds Policy for further details.

Can I get same day delivery?

If you require express or same day delivery, please email us at customercare@organicwaystore.com before placing an order to see if this can be arranged for you.

Is my payment secure?

All payments made on the TOW The Organic Way Store Limited website are secure. They are made using Braintree, an online payment system. Their terms & conditions as well as their privacy policy can be found on their website.

What if I want to return an item

Customers wishing to return items may do so within 14 days of receipt. For returns to be accepted, items must be unopened, sealed and in re-sellable condition. If these criteria are not met, we will be unable to accept the returns or issue a refund due to the nature of the products we sell. Please note that delivery costs for returns are the sole responsibility of the customer. For further information, please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
